Dezvoltatorii proiectului "Pallady Towers Residence" au luat decizia de a reduce preturile apartamentelor cu suprafete mai mari, care se incadreaza in cota de TVA 24%, astfel incat cresterea TVA-ului de la 19% la 24% sa nu fie suportata de catre clienti. Practic reducerea preturilor acestor apartamente cu 5% mentine acelasi nivel accesibil al preturilor pentru clientii interesati in achizitionarea unui apartament nou in Bulevardul Theodor Pallady langa statia de metrou 1 Decembrie 1918 si hypermarketurile recent deschise, Real si METRO Cash&Carry din sectorul 3. In acest moment s-au vandut circa 40% din totalul apartamentelor disponibile in primele doua blocuri ale proiectului, dezvoltatorii incepand deja sa semneze contractele finale de vanzare-cumparare.

Despre proiect
Pallady Towers este situat in partea de est a Bucurestiului, pe Bulevardul Theodor Pallady. Pallady Towers Residence reduces the prices with 5%

Bucharest - 05.07.2010, the developers of the project “Pallady Towers Residence” took the decision of reducing the prices for the apartments with larger areas, which are included in the rate of 24% VAT, so that the VAT increase from 19% to 24% to not be bear by the clients. Actually, reducing the prices of these apartments with 5% maintains the same affordable level of the prices for the clients interested in purchasing a new apartments on Boulevard Theodor Pallady near the subway station 1 Decembrie 1918 and the hypermarkets recently opened, Real and METRO Cash&Carry from sector 3. Now, there have been sold almost 40% from the total of apartments available in the first two blocks of the project, the developers already starting to sign the final selling-buying contracts.
